How we work

We agree on a small first piece of work, including the cost and how we’ll judge the result. You can then decide whether to take it further.

  1. Discuss the question

    You show us how the work happens today and where you need help. We check what data is available and whether it’s suitable for the question.

  2. Run a first test

    We produce an analysis or a prototype, depending on the problem. We show you the results, including where they’re uncertain or fall short.

  3. Try it with your team

    If the test warrants a pilot, we put it into a form your team can use. Their experience helps us decide what to change and whether further development is worth the cost.
